On October 17, 2008 the new HIT building at Hönggerberg campus was opened to the public and ETH researchers. See our photo report for some nice pictures. ETH Life has an article too.

From the Department of Physics the student labs (Anfängerpraktikum and Vorgerücktenpraktikum), the physics library and the institutes for Astronomy and Theoretical Physics have moved their offices to the new building.
